Our skilled and caring team are at your service under the guidance of our Director of Wellness, a nurse registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario. Our Health and Wellness team are committed and dedicated to providing the very best of care with consistency, compassion and respect.

At Harmony Hill, we recognize that needs may change from time to time. Customized care plans can be designed to meet these needs when they occur and our Director of Wellness and care team will be pleased to work with you to design your own customized plan.

An Emergency response system is available for your safety. In a medical emergency you will be connected to our care team with the press of a button on your bracelet or pendant.
Harmony Hill also offers the services of a visiting physician and the Director of Wellness would be pleased to discuss these services with you.
